  • Ara will create two distinct looks on one set using Godox lighting: polished e-commerce light and expressive editorial light. By introducing and removing lights individually, she will show how small changes in placement, power and fill can move an image from commercial clarity to mood and nostalgia.

    1. Learning to See Light: Ara will briefly share how online education, mentorship and the study of painting, cinema, natural light and photographers such as Peter Lindbergh shaped her visual language. The technical foundations show photographers how to produce light; art teaches them what light can feel like.

    2. E-commerce Light That Wins Every Time: Clients increasingly ask for "editorial e-commerce": clear garment detail with the mood of a campaign. Ara will build a soft, sculptural setup that preserves texture, colour and construction while keeping skin flattering and the image visually distinctive.

    3. Finding the Story in God's Light: For the editorial look, an AD800Pro and EazyFlow modifier will act as a large window. Inspired by Rembrandt's directional light, Ara will reduce the supporting lights and use shadow, composition, movement and posing to create an image that feels nostalgic, intimate and slightly unresolved.

    4. Understanding What Each Light Contributes: Ara typically builds fashion images with one or two lights and uses no more than four when the background needs additional control. The audience will see each light added separately, then softened or removed, making the Godox system part of the lesson rather than a separate product presentation.
