    • Day 1 – Nov 11th (Times in EST)

    • 11:30  - 12:15
Chris Hau has spent his career chasing a certain kind of image, and somewhere along the way, the industry decided sensors were the thing that made it. In this session, Chris makes the case for the other half of the equation: the glass. Drawing on his history as a photographer and his experience shooting the ZEISS Otus ML 1.4/35 for launch, he looks at what quality optics actually give you, and why manual focus can be a creative tool worth reaching for. Illustrated throughout with images shot across a range of locations and conditions.
